Normal hours of operation are from 9:00am to 5:00pm Eastern Time (13:00 to 21:00 UTC). Contact us by telephone at: +1 613.225.troo (8766), press 2 for Customer Support. Routine requests for assistance such as the activation and deactivation of services and technical inquiries should be made during troo support's normal hours of operation. Support outside normal business hours is available for emergencies such as unscheduled outages or malfunctioning services.
